LOWER NEPONSET RIVER TRAIL︎︎︎
. Neponset's trail unwinds, a cyclist's quest,
. To Wollaston's shores, where dreams invest.
. Beneath the whispering willows, tires hum,
. Nature's rhythm guides, a journey begun.

. Quincy's embrace in the sea breeze dance,
. Pedaling through time, in a fleeting trance.
. Wheels meet the shore, as the sun takes its bow,
. On Neponset's trail, where greenery prowls.

From Mattapan Station, the Lower Neponset River Trail takes cyclists and pedestrians along an idyllic strech of river from inland onto the ocean, crossing through various wetlands and parks. Reaching North Quincy, the path crosses Neponset Bridge and the Billings Creek Salt Marsh before traveling the length of Wollaston Beach before arriving at Caddy Memorial Park on Blacks Creek.
